Kirkgate Market
This assignment focused on creating a website for a client with a business or venture. The website could be a new company website or a makeover of an existing one. The website had to provide a new visual look for the company’s online presence, with content varying depending on the chosen business.
For my website, I chose to redesign the website for the Leeds Kirkgate indoor market. However, unlike the existing website, which provides a lot of information on all the different stalls, hiring rooms and other admin information, I generated a website more focused on the tourist aspect of the market and aimed it towards new visitors of Leeds.
